Arrival / Departure

Arrivals are possible from 17:00pm to 20:00pm.

Outside these times, please only by prior arrangement!  For this please contact us under mobile 0043 (0)6802469491 – Thanks a lot!

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms until 10:00am.

Arrival by car

Enter the adress: Loferer Bundesstraße 41,   5700 Zell am See into your GPS system.

Directly infront of our house there is one parking space per room / apartment free of charge available.

Arrival by train

The train station Zell am See is approx. 25 minute walk away.

Vis a vis from the train station there are Taxis available or the bus’line No. 70 / 260 / 680 goes to the nearest stop (50m) next to our house.

Breakfast

Breakfast like an emperor. You can have fresh bread and pastries delivered daily by our local baker, so you can have breakfast in at your desired time.

Or

You can book your breakfast directly with us in the house desired, it is served between 8:00am to 9:30am.

Cancellation conditions

If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before the date of arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, total amount of all nights will be charged. Otherwise shall prevail the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry

Please note that advance payments for travel dates during peak season are non-refundable.

Check-in comfortably in the shortest possible time, simply use our online Check-in .

Final cleaning

For direct bookings via our homepage the final cleaning is included in the price.

Internet

WiFi is available free of charge in the entire building.

Location

Very centrally located, along the road to Zell am See, we are an ideal starting point for various excursions, whether on foot, by car or by bike… you can easily reach the lake with free sunbathing lawns and a wonderful bike/hiking path through the underpass 50m away. The town centre and the ‘CityXpress’ valley station can be reached in approx.10minutes walk, or easily within 2 minutes by bus – the bus stop is 20m next to our house. With the  Zell am See-Kaprun Mobility Card you can travel free of charge on all public transport in the Pinzgau region, to the excursion destinations…

For direct bookings via our homepage the local tax is included in the price.

Mobility Card Pinzgau

Comfortable, stress-free and free of charge!

With the Mobility Card Pinzgau, which is integrated free of charge during your stay in Zell am See-Kaprun, you can use all offers of train, bus and pinzgau local railway (except team and special trains) in the Pinzgau area free of charge. Also valid for arrival and departure.

Directly in front of the house there is one parking space for each room / apartment free of charge.

You can pay with us in cash, EC-Card, or credit card (Mastercard or VISA only). You are also welcome to pay for your room in advance by bank transfer.

Please understand that we do not accommodate pets.

 Ski-Alpin-Card

Three premium ski region - Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, Schmitten in Zell am See und Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun. With 408 kilometers of pistes, 119 lifts and a maximum of attractions – including glaciers – the new card promises an almost endless mountain experience and is therefore the ticket highlight in the Alpine region.

Skilift

The nearest skilift 'CityXpress' is only 800m away. The valley station 'CityXpress' can be reached after approx. 10min. Walking, or just within 2 minutes by bus – the bus stop is 20m next to our house and is free with the ski pass. Via the 'CityXpress' you can reach the entire ski area and can also get back to the valley station ‘CityXpress’ via a valley descent.

Skirental

You always want to use the latest and the best prepared ski and snowborads but you don’t want to buy a new ski or snowboard every season?

No problem – in the Ski rental directly in the centre of Zell am See  you can rent the latest skis and boards from beginner to professional at any time.

Skiroom

Our house as well as the neighbouring house have a ski room, where you can deposit your skis and warm your boots on a ski boot dryer.

Skischool

We recommend the ski and snowboard school Outdo. They deliver unforgettable holidays in the snow in Zell am See. Skiers and snowboarders of all abilities and ages are sure to find suitable offers and the certified ski and snowboard instructors speak serveral languages and show a new world of winter sports… 

Smoking

We are a Non-smoking-house. Smoking is possible on the balcony or outdoors.

Terms of payment:

To confirm your reservation by your side, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30%, which you are welcome to pay by credit card (only VISA or Mastercard) or bank transfer. The payment modalities as well as payment conditions are detailed in the reservation confirmation.

Travel-Insurance

In case of direct-online-bookings, the travel insurance can be booked in the penultimate step, which also covers the Covid-19 case.
