Arriving by car
Address: Loferer Bundesstraße 41, 5700 Zell am See into your GPS system.
Directly in front of the house, one parking space is available free of charge for each room or apartment.
Arrival by train
Approx. 25 minute walk away to the Zell am See train station.
Vis a vis from the train station, Taxi are available or the Postbus' Line 70 / 260 / 680 takes you to the stop closest to our house (in 50m) (Zell am See Friedhof).
Breakfast
Breakfast like a king, have fresh bread and pastries delivered to you by our local baker every day, so you can have breakfast at the time you want.
Or book your breakfast directly in our house as desired, it is served between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m..

Cancellation conditions
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are charged at 30% to 100% of the total price, depending on the length of stay. Later cancellations or no-shows and early departures are subject to cancellation fees for the entire stay.
We accept free cancellation in writing up to 60 days before arrival.
Otherwise the Austrian hotel contract conditions
Should something else apply, this will be stated in the reservation confirmation.

Feel free to relax & wellness - as a partner company you can get the entry ticket for the TauernSPA in Kaprun directly from us at the reception. You get a guaranteed entrance, regardless of the occupancy and you can enter the TauernSPA via a VIP lane without waiting.

Local tax
Local tax Zell am See-Kaprun: 2.50 per person & day from the age of 15.

Location
Location plan Google Maps: Very centrally located, along the access road to Zell am See, we are an ideal starting point for a wide variety of excursions, whether on foot, by car or by bike. You can easily reach the lake with free sunbathing lawns and a wonderful cycle/hiking path through the underpass 50m away. The town center and the "CityXpress" valley station can be reached in about 10 minutes. Walk, or easily within 2 minutes by bus - the bus stop is 20m next to the accommodation. With the Zell am See-Kaprun mobility card, you can use all public transport in the Pinzgau region to travel to excursion destinations free of charge.

Parking spaces directly in front of the house are available for each room/apartment free of charge.

Payment options on site: in cash, with EC card or credit card (only Mastercard or Visa). You are also welcome to pay for your room in advance by bank transfer or settle the balance on site.

Pinzgau Mobility Card
Pinzgau mobility card, which is integrated free of charge when staying in Zell am See-Kaprun, you can use all rail, postbus and Pinzgau local rail services (except steam and special trains) in the Pinzgau area free of charge. Also applies to arrival and departure.

The 'CityXpress' ski lift is only 800m away. The 'CityXpress' valley station is about 10 minutes away. Walk, or easily within 2 minutes by bus - the bus stop is 20m next to our house and is free with the ski pass.
